As a Hospitality Manager with 20 years experience in catering from Pubs, Restaurants, large events, corporate functions, and festivals, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. My expertise includes event planning, customer service, and effective time management. After spending most of my life in Hospitality i have a real passion for the industry and absolutely love to see special moments celebrated with the support of what we can offer, it is so so rewarding !
I’ve been in hospitality my whole working life from when my family run pubs , restaurants and hotels - my first job being a Kitchen Porter! After going to Loughborough university for a marketing and event degree , I was planning to work in marketing , but the pull of hospitality got me pursuing my passion! Opening and expanding a group of restaurants! my fondest memories are of our customers giving us their heartfelt feedback that we made their day or helped them through a hard time! I have a keen eye for organisation and systems , keeping the clogs turning so that all elements of execution go perfect! My favourite food is a classic chicken rotisserie with a fresh seasonal salad!
